Quitoed is a game made in under 48 Hours for MP Udaan GameJam

Step into the shoes of an undercover detective caught in the worst possible stakeout in Quitoed. While spying on a notorious mosquito gang, you are suddenly ambushed! With your cover blown, you have to rely on classic jugaad: rolling up a trusty newspaper and grabbing a chappal to fight your way out of the swarming menace.

Gameplay & Features

The Jugaad Arsenal: Defend yourself using makeshift detective gear, transforming everyday items into precision swatting tools across frantic, fast-paced action sequences.

The Swarm (3 Waves & 4 Enemy Types): Survive through 3 intense waves featuring distinct mosquito variants, each requiring a different tactic:

Normal Mosquito: The standard baseline threat of the gang.

Fast Mosquito: High-velocity targets that test your snap-reflexes.

Tanky Mosquito: Slow-moving heavyweights that require 2 solid hits to eliminate.

Bomb Mosquito: A volatile hazard type, if you accidentally attack it, it detonates and you lose.

Epic Boss Battle: Clear the waves to face a massive, high-health Boss Mosquito in a multi-phase showdown.

The Dissection Minigame: Once the chaos ends, transition into a darkly comedic interactive sequence where you sequentially rip off limbs, wings, heads, and the final torso of the Mosquito Boss (as many people would've done when they were little kids).

Art Style

The game features a bold-lined indie graphic novel and comic-book zine art style. It utilizes rough, expressive ink outlines, flat-color blocking, and stylized character proportions for a raw, hand-drawn lo-fi look.
